Rubber needs replacement in the showers water leaks into entrance of restroom. In my daughter's room the tile in the restroom fall down. And when you opened the curtains you could see the hall way. My grand daughter had to be moved three times because of the restroom not working. But I want to thank the staff they were very nice Lorraine Valdez

The rooms need to be maintained better I mean fixing the plumbing problems and the lighting was dark in the rooms and restrooms

Great location, clean, comfortable!

Horrible experience, no AC in the hallways, Ac in the room would turn off. Bathrooms and rooms were disgusting. Never staying at this Double Tree again.

Very limited staff on-site. Most amenities weren't working.

I told agent upon check in I would pay cash at check out, 1 day prior to check out I was notified “my card kept declining” Why was my card being charged a day prior to check out!! And I was locked out of my room! Terribly inconvenient and frustrating and unprofessional!!

It was fine, nothing outstanding or terrible about this hotel.
