The spiders and the roaches

The ac was peeking water in the inside of the room one came to fix it I had the whole floor wet including the cover for the bed and my clothes

I would not recommend this hotel to nobody,bugs and ants crawling everywhere and manager would not refund me for the bug in the bed and flying around in the room,please whatever you do,don't stay at this dump,and safety hazzard not smoke detectors in the rooms.

It was absolutely horrible I have never seen a hotel that was in this bad of a condition it surprising this hotel is even listed on hotels.com half of the building is burnt down and they're renting out the other rooms long-term where the tenants / drug users hang out in the parking lot and buy your door be parking lot had barely any lighting and on the back side of the building there was broken toilets and burnt furniture from the fire that happened 4 years ago the pool was shut down completely a hazard to anyone that would go near it it was black water with a fence around it but a cinder block holding the fence no lock and burnt broken furniture thrown in it we found feces in the bed smashed roaches on the walls and pubic hair in the sheets there was spiders crawling around in the bathroom and on the walls it was not safe at all we booked it for two nights and only stayed one because we had nowhere else to go the first night we never got under the blankets or even took our shoes off no one took showers because we were all too scaredThere were used heroin needles in the parking lot and a dirty diaper under the dresser absolutely terrifying no one should ever stay here I don't understand how it is not condemned also there was no hot water

When I first got here I paid for a king bed room and when I checked in the room was dirty. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed, the shower was disgusting and so was the sink. The toilet wasn’t cleaned either. Do I asked for the room to be cleaned instead of that happening I was given a two double bed room that was better than the first one but still bad. I was tired and had my daughter with me I didn’t feel like arguing. I would definitely plan ahead because this wasn’t ideal.

It could have been cleaner.

Would not stay here again - we arrived late and it was the only room they had. Bugs in the room and bathroom. AC stopped working in the middle of the night.

They did not have reserved room. Shower mold & broken. Dead mango on floor. Would not give any help or compensation. Did not stay.

This is a motel in the process of updating. Our room airconditioner did not work. There was only one electric outlet. The hideabed material was ripped. Only one towel. No breakfast, not even coffee. The office was being remodeled. There were concrete blocks in the yard. The pool was green slime.

It was great it was relaxing just what I needed for 3-day stay
