The location and the quality of the staff is not to be beat! Every single person I spoke to whether at the front desk or during the breakfast service, carrying my bags to my room or cleaning my room could not have been more friendly and helpful. And, during a week when the temperatures were warmer than average, the air-conditioning was fantastic.

The only thing to be aware of is that there can be a lot of noise down on the street, especially on the weekends. So, if that’s a concern, be prepared to play some white noise on your phone or where earplugs. But for me, a little bit of noise in the later evening was a small price to pay for everything else that was great about this place.

Perfect location. Amazing sea view from the room. Bed was very comfy. Room was spotless.

Room wasn't ready for check in at 3pm. Tiny lift, barely fit two people, which ment lots of people waiting to use it. Bedroom was very small, thankfully we only had hand luggage, honestly dont know where you would put a large suitcase if you brought one.

Die Lage ist spitze, ruhige Zimmer, wenn Türe geschlossen, trotz Lage an vielbefahrener Straße. Sauber, leckeres Frühstück. Am Rande der Altstadt, mit tollem Meerblick, Strand in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Viele Bars, Geschäfte, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Super Öffis Verbindungen- mit Tram, Bus , Zug können schnell andere Orte besucht werden.

Es wurde beim Reinigen immer sehr stark mit Klimaanlage runtergekühlt. Polster waren sehr dick- mag aber jeder anders.

This hotel is in the perfect location for staying in Nice. It offers stunning views of the bay and is right next to the Old Town and Colline du Chateau.

Location on waterfront nice

No parking lot at less then 8 minutes walking. It is a problem if you travel with big bags… There is a “Livrassion”( short time parking) in front of the hotel. The staff was very kind!!

Absolutely amazing views of Nice beach with patios; easy access to promenade; beach; Old Nice; wonderful restaurants-flower market very close!
