Cela faisait 7 ans que nous n’étions pas revenus dans cette hôtel rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel est top et toujours au petit soins. L’emplacement ! Nous avons aimé la chambre propre et faite tout les jours Beaucoup de choses incluent dans le forfait journalier comme le parasol les relaxes les Paddle boards canoës etc .., Les beach boys comme Hunter et Simon sont au petit soin comme Christina la reine du cocktail 🍹 au bar de la piscine ! La responsable de l’accueil toujours charmante cherche toujours à vous rendre service ! C’est pour nous un must peut être un peu cher mais le Paradis et le soleil de Floride n’a pas de prix 👏 Patrick 🇫🇷

The location

When I arrived I was told I would need a card to be charged $400.00 but was not told why. The sheets on the bed were to small so had to continuously fix them. Housekeeping never came to our room so had to hunt them down for towels and trash. There was no cold water only hot which made bathing my child a nightmare. There are no screen doors on the balcony doors so cannot leave it open to enjoy the sound of the ocean without getting bugs in your room. Pool closes at 8 which is so inconvenient since my child still wanted to swim after the sun was going down. Parking on booking.com claims it is 27$ a day and I was charged 35$ which I think is ridiculous to pay for parking to begin with when I am already paying to stay at the resort. Fast forward to the day after I check out. I get a charge on my card for $26.63 and a charge for $315.62. I called to speak with billing no one ever answers so I just call the front desk. The girl that answered the phone was rude. When I asked about the charges she informs me that the $26.63 was for the stuffed turtle. Yet we were told by the gentlemen that brought us to the room that it was complimentary. The $315.62 is $140.00 for parking and the rest is the resort fee. I booked my stay at booking.com and it clearly states the total includes 12% tax and $37.00 a night resort fee. So they are trying to double charge me the resort fee. I will never do business here again and I will be contacting someone about the way they are double charging for the resort fee as well as changing the prices and not updating them with booking websites.

It was directly on the beach

The woman at the counter( large African American woman) was extremely rude when going to check in at 1pm. I ended up calling to speak to Ruben and being told to go back to check in 10 minutes later.

All the staff was very friendly, tha facilities was wonderfull

What I did not like, was to pay car parking, that is no fare, Is a resort, the parking must be covered by the resort, it is a convenience, that the guest should not have to pay for it

The pool was nice. The access to the beach was wonderful. They were able to get us checked in super early, which was nice and the gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant.

The bed was essentially broke in the middle and felt like cardboard. We had an accident and asked for new blanket blankets, and when they brought us new blankets, they were stained and disgusting looking. We asked for a new blankets again, and they brought us a quilt. I ended up having to go downstairs and get my own blankets. The drinks at the bar are very expensive and they add a service charge. The umbrella, chairs and cabanas do not come complementary. You have to pay for them.

Abzug der Küche direkt unter dem Balkon. Es stank nach Fritteus und man konnte so die Fenster nicht aufmachen. Um 7:45 Uhr begannen dann die Bauarbeiten vor dem Fenster. Es war eine absolute Zumutung. Buchen Sie nur Zimmer Richtung Südseite, sonst werden Sie in Küchengestank gehüllt. Eine der schlechtesten Hotelerfahrungen und mit das schlechteste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis das ich je erlebt habe.

Very clean, comfortable hotel with nice amenities and a great location. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful from the Valet to the Beach/Pool Attendants to the Front Desk, especially the Front desk staff. If you can, book an oceanfront room for the view, do it. You won’t regret it. Restaurant on site had great food and the servers were fantastic.
