My wife and I treated ourselves to a Day Pass at The Singer Ocean Resort on Memorial Day, having enjoyed previous stays there in the past. As always, the staff was professional and welcoming, but today’s experience truly stood out. We spent most of our day at the pool and beach, where one staff member in particular left an unforgettable impression on us — Renee. She was an absolute superstar throughout the day. Her presence poolside was constant, attentive, and genuinely uplifting. No request ever went unanswered, and she seemed to instinctively anticipate guests’ needs before they even had to ask. Renee was exceptionally pleasant, gracious, and effortlessly accommodating. She made every interaction feel personal and sincere, and because of her incredible level of care and hospitality, my wife and I felt completely pampered and genuinely valued as guests. In a world where great service can sometimes feel rare, Renee delivered the kind of experience that people remember long after the day is over. She was truly awesome, and she elevated an already beautiful day into something special.

We had a great dinner, and Renee was a wonderfully authentic server. We really enjoyed the mahi-mahi dip and the wings were delish. Surprisingly, the crab fritters were our least favorite - they were too heavy. We shared the skirt steak and the shrimp and grits. We all love skirt steak, but that one was a miss - the demi-glace was too sweet. The shrimp and grits dish, however, was amazing!

As a Hilton Life Time Diamond I have had the opportunity to stay at many first class properties worldwide and the Singer Oceanfront Resort certainly ranks high on my list. A clean and well maintained property with a nice collection of amenities. It sits at a great location on the Atlantic, with a nice beach and pool to lounge at. The staff is friendly, efficient and accommodating. They have a can do attitude that is surely driven by top management. In particular I would like to recognize Ray and Whitney at the front desk for going above and beyond. The Singer Oceanfront Resort Curio Collection will be my go to property when I’m in the Southeast Florida area.
