Great stay- beachfront property, family friendly, good location

My wife and I came here for three full days and three nights we love singer Island beaches and this is the first time we stayed at the Hilton. It is a very nice hotel. And a great location. The room was nice and beds were comfortable. We did come over a very busy time at Easter weekend. I realize the beach and pool area would be crowded. But it was no supervision with about 10 small children that were screaming and running for three straight days that we were here. No one from the hotel tried to quiet them down and the parents were taking photos of them. We realized it would be crowded and we love kids, but just some control of the kids would’ve made our experience much better

Very nice stay for the week. Reservation desk was very accommodating especially Kenyana and LaKyevia who helped us extend our stay and stayed in the same room.

We had a nice stay at The Singer Oceanfront Resort. The Rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool and patio are a highlight and the restaurant was very good. The property is walkable to beach bars, restaurants and shops. The only thing missing was a luggage rack in the room. You will need your keycard to go to the outside bar and back to the pool which is difficult when juggling drinks so take someone with you.

For a 5 star experience from the Valet, to the front desk service, to the housekeeping, the beach attendants and more - look no further! Percy and Rocio are amongst my favorites! Their congenial attitude to serve with a smile - will always bring me back! Enjoy!

I absolutely loved my experience at this resort. The rooms were clean with a stylish beach theme, comprised of comfortable beds, a safe, plenty of storage space, and a beautiful view of the hotel pool & ocean (even if only a standard room is booked). The pool is heated, clean, and can hold many people. The beach access is unbeatable, as it is a mere few steps from the pool. I absolutely love how the staff are stationed on the beach and set up 2 chairs upon your arrival, as this prevents chairs from being hogged or stolen. The staff throughout the entire resort were friendly and helpful, from the front desk to those working the pool deck and the beach. We had one dinner and one breakfast at the hotel restaurant, Caretta Caretta, and both meals were great. There is also a small market located within the hotel that sells pastries, other snack items, and a small collection of hotel merchandise, which is convenient. The overall noise level could have been better, however I am attributing this to traveling during spring break season and having our room located immediately beside the elevators. My only other complaints were that the shower drain was slow to work and that the suede chair in our room had a few stains on it, but other than those few, minor details, I had a wonderful time at this resort and would gladly return-- especially with how reasonably priced it was for being so truly exceptional!

The Singer exceeded my expectations in almost every way. I loved the vintage vibe of the building, and the renovation was very well done - the rooms were lovely and comfortable, the restaurant was great - tasty food, great decor, friendly capable staff. The beach was perfect - loved the inclusion of chairs, towels umbrella and water activities in stay. Beach drink and food services was pretty great as well - probably needed another server at times as poor Gilbert was working hard! The thing that really made the difference for us was the staff - they were uniformly kind, friendly, thoughtful and helpful. From the valets to the front desk to the waitstaff, to the guys on the beach and the room service folks - they really made our stay special. I wish I could remember and name everyone: Percy, Oscar, Gilbert, Taylor and Kevi all come to mind, but that's not everyone! Here are 2 examples: first, my daughter was meeting me at the hotel and her flights were delayed. Oscar made sure that her room service order was the last one in for the night and had it packaged to stay warm and delivered to our room while I was out collecting her from the airport so she had a hot meal when she finally made it to the hotel. Then, Kevi gave us complimentary late check out the next day so that we didn't have to hurry out after the rocky night before. I didn't realize when I booked it that it was considered a 4-star hotel - that makes the experience make more sense. To that end, I guess I would have just a couple of recommendations: first, I agree with other reviewers that the price for self-parking is unreasonable. I get it for valet, but not for self parking. Also, having a complimentary water station in the lobby - like with some lemon/cucumber - would go a long way. (there are water stations on each floor to refill the reusable water bottles which i great but this would be a lovely way to welcome people in and make a nice addition throughout the day). I also think - and this is really knit-picky - the lobby could be set up a bit better, with some rugs and better separation of seating areas and maybe some more homey touches. It felt stark. But really, those are small suggestions - we had a wonderful time and would come back in a heartbeat!
