Location was great

Facilities were older and outdated carpets in the rooms ?.Really?.

Chase was out standing at the beach so please with him got everything ready for me the best and John at the front desk was right there for all my questions With a beautiful smile I will be Bach because of chase and John thank you for a wonderful day 🦋

This is a good hotel. The pool could have been heated. That would have made it a better stay.

Housekeeping never made it to our room before we came back to the room in the afternoon.

I’m giving this a 5 because the staff was so kind. I like the modern finishes of the rooms and the common space in this new renovation. It’s definitely a family friendly resort with activities for kids (at least while we were there) We arrived early and they gave us access to the resort so we enjoyed the pool and beach which was great. Whitney and Derek are fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

I wanted to take a moment and provide some positive feedback for your pool staff member, CJ. He was very outgoing and helpful the entire time we were poolside. He made sure we had service available and also paid attention to all of our individual needs throughout the day!

We came for a winger escape from NY and were seeking a beachfront hotel in palm beach area without breaking the bank. The Hilton was perfect. Nice rooms, friendly staff and easy to get beach chairs on gorgeous strip of sand. Special shoutout to Whitney at the front desk who helped us with expertise and kindness as our travel plans had some changes. Would definitely come back!

Exceptional resort, great location. Beach atmosphere was perfect and the beach is well kept. Drinks n lunch at the Top Shelf bar, bartender Jodi was great. Dinner at Caretta Caretta was delicious. The 8oz filet cut like butter. Our server Rohan was wonderful, an absolute pleasure.

We had a beautiful stay at the Hilton. What a nice spot and lovely resort. Absolutely loved the pool areas, the nice towels, and the bellman Jason. He was always very friendly & attentive!! The front desk staff too! We had a few issues that were minor, such as after we moved to our upgraded oceanfront room, 529 to be exact, the heat didn’t work in our room on a cold night but maintenance came & fixed it and gave us a small space heater to use. Very nice! Here’s the worst issue in this room, it smells like stinky feet and wet dog. I am actually shocked that a nice hotel like Hilton Curio which charges a premium rate would allow animals. Animals stink and when you dont live with one its very noticeable & disgusting. Like non smoking rooms you should offer non pet rooms.
