Service I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and wanted to share my experience. The facilities are beautiful and everything is very clean, which I truly appreciated. However, the level of service is far below what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel, especially considering the price—I paid $340 for one night, and the experience simply did not match the cost. From the moment we arrived, the staff was cold and unwelcoming. I got to the hotel at 1:00 p.m. knowing that check-in wasn’t until 4:00, but in most hotels I’ve stayed at, they allow you to check in early and notify you when the room is ready while you enjoy the amenities. As soon as I approached the front desk, the woman asked, “Are you here to check out?” I said no, I’m checking in, and she responded (without any warmth) that check-in is at 4. I told her I was aware but that I wanted to register and wait, and she simply said, “Oh yes, go in,” in a very unfriendly tone. I asked where to park, and instead of giving clear directions, she just said, “Outside,” assuming I would know where. When I asked for clarification, she vaguely pointed and said, “Out there.” In other hotels, even less expensive ones, staff usually offer a map and explain where to go. Later on, I requested towels and waited around 20 minutes before having to go to the front desk myself to get them. At night, my daughter wanted a snack, but the store was closed. I was surprised—most hotels have a small 24-hour convenience shop for basic needs, but not this one. It was 10 p.m., and there was nowhere to get anything. There was also no conditioner in my room. I called to request it, and it took more than an hour for someone to bring it up. Another disappointing moment: my husband went to get ice cream for our kids. The sign clearly said $4 per ice cream, but they charged him $14 for just two. When he pointed it out, they coldly replied, “That’s an old sign, the price has changed.

The view from the rooms is beautiful. Hotel was clean people were nice. The beach was great as we had chairs and an embrella included with the room. Rooms are comfortable and clean

It was very busy at the pool. Nothing closely around in terms of restaurants or bars, so always have to take a car.

I just recently stayed here and have to say I haven’t experienced such a nice hotel clerk in I don’t know how long. Checking in hotels can be painful with nasty clerks. Well not this time! Actually laughed and couldn’t believe how AWESOME JON WAS!! He was fast funny smiling knew what he was doing gave us a great deal after we has just got scammed at another hotel i booked off booking.com Anyways he was all around the board amazing. JON IS HIS NAME MAKE SURE TO LOOK FOR HIM!! Thank you again Jon who works at the Hilton on singer islands usually nights I think. 😃😃😃

The service at the bar with Jody was beyond amazing. She was friendly, attentive and professional.
