"This hotel was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed through booking so much so I called and filed a health depart"

Nothing, the description of the hotel and accommodation did not match how the hotel is in person.

The entire hotel is disgusting black mold, bed bugs, no housekeep services provided, malfunctioning fire alarm Systems, unsanitary pool conditions..

"It was ok, but could have been better"

My room and bedding smell like smoke, I told the front desk the next morning. I asked if house keeping could spray and change the linens, they told me that they will take care of it, but they never did. I was very disappointed.
