Communication was great

No stove or oven

I love the great communication that was established through email and text messages

I didnt like that there wasn't a stove inside of the room

Es un hotel excelente con un personal amable y atento todos desde el aera de recepción hasta el restaurante son excelentes. Gracias especiales a la señora Martha y Brenda de recepción y a los chicos y chicas del restaurante. El chef es muy atento sale y hablo con nosotros. 10/10.

La tarifa me confunde un poco. Me hicieron un cargo de una cantidad en mi tarjeta y me entregaron una factura de otro precio.

Hotel was clean. Staff were nice. Lots of seating indoors in the lobby and outside by the pool. Quiet. Bathroom is updated and accommodating for all ages and abilities or disabilities. Oceanview is the best!!!

The thermostat in the room was either too hot or too cold. For heat the lowest it could go was 80 degrees then it went to 19 degrees. Crazy right?! We wanted to get in the hot tub, but it was outside and it was a cold day. There is an indoor pool, but that water wasn't warm enough for me and my daughter. So we skipped the pool. Not much to do there other than get drinks at the bar and food in the restaurant. Parking is only two levels.

It was ideally located in an area with lots of restaurants and beach access. The rooms were comfortable as well. The staff checked in with us constantly. Complimentary champagne and breakfast to celebrate our anniversary… ❤️❤️
