All the staff were wonderful and accommodating. Especially the Waiter Katie at the restaurant ~ she was lovely and made me and my girlfriend feel really special during dinner on our first night. The access to the ocean was incredible and we loved the large patio on our 6th floor room.

One of the elevators was broken, which made wait times a bit long.

Great location and easy beach access.

I booked this property through booking.com and taxes and resort fees were included in the price quoted by booking.com. At check out, they tried to charge me a different price than the booking.com price and it took quite a bit of arguing with them to get them to honor the booking.com price

"Didnt enjoy as my son was right after hotel dinner almost 3 days in the bed"

staff was nice

dinner was a real disaster - cleaning room process absolutely unclear - elevators didnt take the exac capacity of people there "there was a situation We were waiting over 5min for elevator" Elevator door as well as room door are definitely NOT kids friendly - they are moving too fast and as they are very heavy my son got hit by both door twice!
