I found the room to be very accessible and the shower was as well. The elevators are slow and the doors open and shut hard and quickly, there were frequently times that I was unable to get to the door in time. Staff is very friendly and helpful and addressed all concerns quickly. Be mindful that ice machines are only serving every other floor in the north tower

The location is great. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly.

There was no parking. We had to pay high $ for street parking. Our room was a bit dirty and the carpet smelled.

"Very Good"

The drapes were torn and there was an old hole in the carpet. Some of the caulk work in the bathroom needs to be redone.

Great location, everything in DC is easily accessible

Rooms were a outdated, bathrooms need updating. Overhead lighting was harsh. Rust stains on bathroom floor

"Excellent customer service!"

This hotel is very accommodating and they really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I am a long term guest ( two month long stay) and a few days ago the hotel had a water leak issue and I had to move rooms. George, Jose, their boss (the amazing maintenance team), and Joy, a manager, were very helpful and kind. They got me moved into my new room and it is perfect. I’m grateful for them and my “home” away from home.
