The room was very dated.....Sink in bathroom didn't drain at all.....

The staff was friendly

This hotel was the dirtiest that I’ve ever stayed in. I travel often. Reviews were great, especially for cleanliness. Shower curtain was put on backwards, and would no stay closed during showers do to the type of bar. Blow dryer and sinks were filthy and rusty. There was trash in our room from a prior stay. The curtains were also very dirty (had to open to go to patio). Beds were hard, and pull out couch looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

Location is great.

My room gave a migraine throbbing headache, once I opened the and the air blowing, some sort of chemical or cleaning agent. Once I was in the hallway it went away. Room 609

Having 2 king beds plus rollout was super. Not many hotels offer that.

Room paint and general condition was clearly old and needed rejuvenation.

The customer service was wonderful the employees were friendly.

The food was horrible . The wings were so greasy you couldn’t even eat all of them. The menu could be better it is a kid friendly hotel. They should have hotdogs hoagies and more finger foods. People like to just eat simple foods. But besides that the stay was nice. But restaurant could be better.

I loved everything, great service from the staff, always helpful and kind. The room was clean, the bed linen was clean, I am very picky about bed linen and this was the first hotel I stayed in and had no problems with the bed linen. The location is close to everything, I loved the pool! Without a doubt, my family and I will be back.

Children screaming and banging things in the next room, but it's not the hotel's fault. For me and my family, everything was great.

Everyone at this property was very friendly and very helpful. It is old so there is a slight musty smell in the common areas that they are really trying to cover. Everything is a little dated but I found the beds to be very comfortable we did have to make our own pull out sofa bed for my daughter and that mattress could definitely be replaced it was very very thin I would not count on that as a bed for an adult unless you're bringing a topper with you. We had a family suite and the rooms were very spacious. The pools were immaculate they were so clean even the indoor pool. Some of the lounge chairs had missing slots on them which wasn't an issue because there was not that many people there during our stay but could become a big problem if it gets crowded. There were plenty of towels but again it was not that crowded. Walls are thin because the building is old. Just know you are getting a very family friendly stay with plenty of space but it is dated I say it's good for the money but I wouldn't want to spend all my time in the room.

This isn't the first time we stayed there. We never had a bad experience. But I will say that last time we were there, they got flooded with a storm. We thought they were going down hill, but we are glad we gave them another chance. They really stepped up their game and they were amazing. There is so much to do right on the property. The room was huge and clean. The facilities were beautiful. I love that they have an indoor and outdoor pool. They also have a playground, tennis courts, basketball, ping pong....etc....The staff was amazing as well.

We were disappointed that they didn't serve any breakfast. They always had an excellent breakfast, and we were disappointed not to be able to enjoy it. There was also a very rowdy crowd in the pool area. But as soon as it was brought to their attention, they attended to it.
