"Disapointing Accor Hotel Business Stay"

Great location opposite the station, but that’s where the positives end. The hotel is very dated, and access is awkward—stairs up to reception, then down again to reach the lift, which is a nightmare with luggage. Rooms lack basic amenities for longer stays. Dining options are limited (no meals Sun/Mon, no proper breakfast except smorgasbord ($35 per person) or room service), and they couldn’t cater for dietary needs. Customer service was poor—staff refused to make a coffee at 6:58am, telling us to come back at 7:00am while standing idle. Definitely not 4-star standard. Expensive for what you get, with extra charges (even $10 to use the washing machine that broke down). Would not stay again.
