"No atienden el teléfono "

debido a los bloqueos de la carretera me fue imposible poder llegar al hotel pero nunca contestaron el teléfono para avisarles y cancelar la reserva me cobraron la cuota completa aún cuando no pude llegar.

Serviço e instalações deixam a desejar para um hotel com diárias de 100 Dolares (na área que eles chamam de “nova”), sem café da manhã incluído. Muito caro para a região que está e ainda por cima não teem opção de tarifa coorporativa! Não recomendo.

The high price is not worthy, doesn’t even include at least breakfast. Also the restaurant’s staff have bad attitude and took so long for food. (rooms smell bad)
