Quality Inn Ada near University

Good

When checking in, because I was a local they made me put down a deposit. The length of time it took to check in was long, when I just wanted to get off my feet and relax in the pool. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, even more so when the toilet ran all night long, very loud, and unfixable by myself. The next morning, the breakfast was really good and housekeeping was a very friendly and apologetic for the cleanliness of the room, explaining that they were very short staffed. The pool was great, kind of making up for the rest of the crappy stay.

I just like all way round.

The lady’s up front was nice and courteous! The room had dead bugs in bathroom, and the office chair in room had a missing wheel! I didn’t realize it and sit down in the chair and fell backwards cause of the missing wheel.

There were no cups in the room. There was a coffee maker but nothing to put it in. No liner for the ice bucket. No garment bag for dirty clothes. The bedding had a suspicious red stain. The doorknob on the bathroom nearly came off in my hand and my daughter got stuck in the bathroom because the doorknob wouldn't turn. Overall we were not impressed. The breakfast was acceptable but that was about it.

Bathroom tub had really bad stains and shower curtain was dirty. Bathroom was smelly.

Nice for the price. Breakfast was nice. Staff very friendly.
