Quality Inn Ada near University

I woke up Saturday morning, cold. The heater had stopped working. I called the front desk and in LESS than an hour they had already come, switched the unit out with a new one and the room was warm! Talk about service! There are fancier more expensive hotels in Ada but Quality Inn gives me the best value for my dollar and I enjoy staying here. Occasionally I’m lucky enough to get to visit with the owner/manager. I always enjoy speaking with them. They are sincere in wanting to make their guests comfortable.

Whenever visiting family in Ada, this is where we prefer to stay

Not a bad place. The only thing I really had issues with was that they charge a $100 to your credit/debit card, because they didn't have me in their computer. This is on top of the $ paid on the hotels.com site. She told me I would get it back, which I did 7 business days after my stay. So be forewarned that the $100 is not a hold, they charge it to your account. Make sure you have extra $in your account, and don't need that money for at minimum of 5 days after your stay.

This is the first time I have something negative to say. I accidentally left one shoe there (brand new, first time wearing) I tried for several days to contact them about retrieving my shoe. They finally told me , yes, the housekeeper found it but she threw it away. One shoe left behind is clearly by accident. Why immediately throw it away? Ultimately it’s my fault. I’m just disappointed by their lack of customer service/list items.

As soon as i turned on the lights, roaches were crawling on the AC. The toilet did not flush. All around room was run down

I stay here whenever I’m in town. This was the first time bringing my fur babies. The pet fee is a decent rate so I’ll probably bring them more often.

Run down and not putting enough TLC, for a comfortable CHOICE hotel.

This place was an absolute dump. I couldn't even drink the water in the room. I would not even make coffee w/ the water. I went down to the breakfast and it was basically some dried cereal white bread toast & waffles. Wish I would have done more research on other hotels in the area! Do not recommend.
