I love the hot tub

Cleaning staff needs to be retrained on cleaning , especially the coffee area. I hate when the staff ignores people instead of greeting them. You guys work in hospitality and should be more nice and welcoming.

"Don't visit this hotel, it will totally disappoint you; it's the complete opposite of a good place."

The location

The receptionist who greeted us was extremely rude. She had a very unfriendly demeanor and didn't even say good afternoon. She seemed visibly annoyed. There was no smile, no friendly welcome. If you go to this hotel looking for warm and friendly service, you're mistaken; this is not the place. When we left our room in the morning, there was a housekeeper cleaning the room next door. We said good morning to her, and she just looked at us and didn't respond. Everyone at this hotel seemed annoyed. The room price is exorbitant for this hotel, and between the staff and the conditions of the place, you'll definitely never want to return.
