Nice resort style Feel. Clean property. Offers nice pool areas, as well as several dining services at the pool/beach area. Evening entertainment available. Very nice experience.

The beach is amazing. Beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear waters. Cleaning staff and check in staff not very friendly. They are not going to clean the rooms or even make your beds unless you request it ahead of time. Cost of food is ridiculous. $42 dollars for a buffet breakfast. This is not Omni or the Ritz Carlton. Much better price optiona outside the hotel. $60 for a beach chair thats after paying an additional resort fee which is mandatory. Parking free but if you take the golf cart back to the hotel you tip the driver. Easy walk from the parking lot so not necessary. They did not have enough towels for the pool for the labor day weekend and we waited for hours. You also cannot take towels to the beach. Lastly I had to pay for regular coffee 4 dollars a cup.

The location and pool/beach area are excellent. I have no complaints about anything but the room. If you are below the 5th floor, your view may be blocked by the palm trees around the pool. Additionally, out air conditioner sounded like it was on life support. Almost like there was a tiny hurricane inside of it trying to break free. If you're a light sleeper, good luck. You can hear your neighbors coughing, sneezing, talking, and everything else...For the money I expected the little things to be right. There was a random hole in the shower, I'm assuming it used to have a sitting bench that broke off... The previously mentioned noisy air conditioner that felt akin of a motel 6. They make you wear this stupid wrist band everywhere on the property. I understand for security or whatnot but they never once checked if I was wearing it. If the stay was $75 cheaper per night, it would be perfect. I just expected more from Holiday Inn. Especially with "Resort" attached to it.

Suggest—Move the soap dispenser closer to the faucet in the bathroom. More toilet paper. Clean & well kept resort 😄 great friendly staff. . It was a wonderful week at the resort 😊😎

Family friendly lots of activities for the children. Entertainment every night for the adukts, and kids movies by the pool.

Would come Back

Great lazy river and pool room was good beautiful view of the ocean only problem is hotel restaurant is expensive so we went to waffle house across the street.
