I stayed 2 nights with my wife and 3 year old son. The resort itself was great. Had a little of everything. What we didn’t like was the service and the employees at the hotel. They were serious, barely any smiles, when you ask for something it feels like you are bothering them. From bfast server to the girls who was in charge of arts and crafts. The evening waiters at chips was the nicest. We were disappointed.

Another great stay at Holiday Inn Resort PCB. Beautiful resort, very kid friendly with lots of activities, clean pools, security on site, clean beach, clean shower area, kept room clean all week despite our children dragging in sand every day. Highly recommend.

Close to many things to do, but you really do not have to leave the property. Food was excellent at the pool bar. The wait staff, front desk, etc were all a pleasure. We will definitely be back!

Love the property amenities. Had so much fun! Met many people! The food could have been better. Breakfast was awesome but lunch and dinner options I could have spent money on tastier outside food. However this is an awesome resort to come with family or just as a couple. Lots to do and the view is great!

We had a great experience, massages and the view from the balcony was amazing. The food was tasty along with the variety made it a great experience. Not having to leave the resort made every single day wonderful. We went for relaxing and that’s what we got.

$400 a night and a $97 resort fee on top of that. And the onsite restaurants were way too much for what they offered. My wife and I have become cruisers in the last few years. And if this is what resorts have to offer I think I’ll stick with the ships.
