Loved my stay. Couldn't find an ice machine. there wasn't one on my floor in the ice machine room. Maybe it was broken. Otherwise flawless. Left a nice tip for the room cleaners even though I ask for no room cleaning during my stay. They were SO nice. Bel Aire Motel cancelled my reservation the day before (pathetic), so I was moved to Holida Inn. They have my business moving forward. Loved the walkability of the place. So close to everything. Thanks for stepping up and moving me Expedia. Excellent customer service.

"Wonderful stay for the marathon!"

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! We stayed for the marathon weekend. The staff are simply phenomenal—always cheerful, welcoming, and happy to help! There is a cute little lobby bar which was a sight for sore eyes after a long day of travel from the east coast. And the lobby barista’s lattes were a welcome treat the following morning. They had the cutest welcome board for the runners to write where they’re from, and best of all they offered free shuttles to the buses on race morning, starting at 3:30am! They clearly made an effort to share our race excitement and it made the weekend that much more special. The hotel is steps from the finish line which worked out great. Rooms were clean, beds super comfy, and AC worked great which was key on this warm weekend. Can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you’re coming for marathon weekend!!

Quiet

The fact that when I booked the room, it said it had a balcony I figured, considering the price a balcony would be nice, but instead, I got a little balcony that I was not able to go out on and it was outside of the little window that only looked into the inside center of the hotel. Definitely was not how the description said it was little disappoint with the price for sure
