For having to wait for our room to be clean the bathroom was gross. And paying that high of a rate per night you would assume they had at least free coffee brewed in the morning for guests, but only for purchase.

The coffee bar service is top notch. Happy hour service was great too. Appreciate the availability of laundry. GREAT location for all things downtown.

"Nice hotel but needs an AV overhaul"

The hotel is nice, the lobby barista is very good. There are two reasons I would not stay again. The UBC and block charging next to the bed did not work - they plugs just fell out. The television offering is VERY antiquated. Not at all what you would expect for a room that is $260 per night.

The staff members were excellent! They were very kind and friendly, especially the two guys on nights. The room was disappointing; the sink wouldn’t drain, but you couldn’t keep water in the tub. The a/c was broken so they had a portable unit that required our sliding glass door to remain open to facilitate the venting system. Very unacceptable for what the stay costed us.

Great parking. Large bedroom with comfortable bed Only downside is breakfast- not the best Holiday Inn breakfast I have had Good take away facility in reception- really good coffee
