Very nice hotel

One of the best check ins we've ever had.

Needs total renovation Poor paint. Carpet and wallpaper poor Employees are. Great My room was cold and difficult to control temperature No matter where you look the hotel needs more repairs I don’t think I would stay again Many other hotels in the area

Hotel was close to Hollywood Casino, however, there was no hot water the first day. You also could not control the temperature in your room. There was a sign posted in the room that said to call the front desk if you needed to adjust the thermostat. I was told there was no hot water because the hotel was booked to capacity as if that was an acceptable excuse. No offer to comp or even reduce the night's stay despite the uncomfortable conditions.

Overall a good experience. We appreciate having the restaurant right in the hotel. The food was very good

Staff was very friendly

Room key didn’t work to get into pool room, coffee maker didn’t work w/out weighted cup(none in room), cockroach on elevator door(staff just said sorry), gym closed off, hot tub closed off first night, place rundown w/rickety elevators, security staff was unsettling, breakfast cost $15 per person, small bottled orange juice $4, However, the beds were very comfortable.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty, hot, did not have a phone, it even had mold. Entering our room we noticed it was extremely hot. We went to cool it down and learned maintenance needed to do it. Went to call maintenance and notice the phone was missing. Called on my personal phone to have maintenance come out with a phone and no cords to connect. Then when he went to adjust the temperature moved from ceiling tiles, that were filled with mold, to adjust temperature to find out it was broken. Went to clean up for our event to find a bathroom filthy on need of repair. Really I could go on and on but pictures are with a thousand words. If you check in and they give you room 256 do not accept. It should be condemned. This hotel definitely does not meet the standards that you expect from the Holiday Inn brand and is in dire need of total renovation before another room is rented to the public.

Extremely disappointed, showed up at 10:30 pm toilet paper was used, tissues were used. We found a white pill on the floor I searched the room to make sure there was nothing more and flushed it! I reported all of this the next morning where I was told I should have reported that night! We drove 4 hours and had three kids. The indoor pool was not heated the next day and we were not told the hotel was under construction. Very upset and dissatisfied!
