"Clean, comfortable, but ended breakfast an hour early so I wasted my money."

Front desk was super friendly, property was clean and room was comfortable.

Front desk said breakfast was served until 11am, as did the sign in the lobby. I paid $20 extra to have breakfast included and we made our way downstairs a little before 10 and everything was empty. They never refilled it, either. There was cereal but no milk, coffee was empty, only two slices of bacon, and the bagels and bread for toast was empty. The bartender said breakfast ended at 10, but the sign clearly said 11. I will ask the property for a refund.

I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Cherry Hill during Memorial Day weekend on Sunday night! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff provided exceptional customer service and made me feel welcomed right away. The check-in process was smooth, professional, and friendly. As a Platinum Rewards member, I truly appreciated being recognized and even receiving a complimentary upgrade to a king room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, comfortable, modern, and very relaxing after a long weekend. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was well maintained throughout the hotel. What stood out the most was the hospitality from the staff. Even during a busy holiday weekend, everyone remained professional, attentive, and genuinely caring toward guests. It’s not often you find a hotel team that goes above and beyond the way they did here. I also appreciated the late checkout accommodation, which made the experience stress-free and convenient. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time, and I will absolutely return again in the future. Thank you to the entire team at Holiday Inn Cherry Hill for making my Memorial Day weekend stay such a great experience!
