Das Zimmer war KEIN Nichtraucherzimmer, so etwas kann man auch durch kurzes Lüften nicht ändern. Der Kühlschrank war zwar vorhanden, aber ohne wirkliche Kühlwirkung. insgesamt aber immerhin sauber.

The property itself is fine; however, the staff experience is a completely different matter. Unless you experience it firsthand, it is difficult to understand. I found the staff, with the exception of the breakfast team, to be consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming. It genuinely felt as though they disliked both their jobs and the guests. In the hospitality industry, where customer service is such a fundamental part of the experience, this was particularly disappointing.

Property is fine itself.

Unser Zimmer hatte ein super bequemes Bett, wir aber sehr gut geschlafen und die komplette Anlage war sehr sauber gewesen. Für Familien mit Kindern ist man dort sehr gut aufgehoben und langweilig wird es dort nicht.
