Malina/melina/malena & toni deserve a raise. When I checked in the front desk old man that works nights needs to be fired for he was terribly rude and did not received a warm welcome when checking in. The ladies in the morning made sure I had everything I needed made my stay complete turned around. I got moved into the presidential suite that I was supposed to have and they tried to offer breakfast food and other accommodation but unfortunately I had work and couldn’t stay to enjoy. They made stay and checking out super easy and I had a wonderful end of my trip

There were a smell in the washing area and bathroom. The bed wasn't comfortable.the fridge was very old and didn't close well which was disappointing because I had to fridge my breast milk and I was really worried about giving my baby a spoiled milk. There were no crib even though was advertised to have a crib. For there buffet, the staff at the restaurant were good but the fruits they served had a bad a smell to it and the taste was altered they were about to rotten.

The parking was ok. Water in tub drain slow refrigerator stopped working and heat didn’t work I reported to front desk and nothing was done still

Best way to describe not your typical Hilton. Not really riverfront all grown up nothing to see sort of felt abandoned. Pictures we seen of outside patio, riverwalk etc were not actually how it looked in person. Looked forward to sitting by fire pit but that didn’t happen. Bathroom had issues and was dangerously small. Microwave wasn’t even balanced. Staff was fine first room had issues he found us another quickly. Didn’t eat in restaurant.

I came for an event in September !! It went so smoothly and the staff were great. Especially Brooke who helped us with everything! She was super polite and definitely seemed like a person who loves and cares about what she does! Would definitely come back again in the future.
