Hilton Chicago/Northbrook

We had an room with a locked door to another room which was apparently an adjoining room. The person next door had a tv or device on which was very loud all night long. I called the front desk to tell them and they said they would call the customer. I heard the phone ring (!) and the person never picked up the phone. I put in ear plugs and could still hear the tv or device. Needless to say I couldn't sleep. At about 6:00 AM I heard the person retching for about ten minutes. Also the floor in the bathroom felt dirty and sticky. There was no receptacle to make hot water.

Good sized king bed room, clean, easy check in, nice staff, within 15 - 20 minutes of O'Hare, safe area, free parking, fridge, microwave and free coffee in room. Only down side is that concessions are super expensive - $8 for a 20 oz. diet coke. There are no convenience stores within walking distance so if you aren't driving you may want to pick things up at the airport.

Came into town for a WNBA game is a good hotel very large a lot of people kind of out in the away from the downtown area, but the rates were good in the rooms were clean. I would say this hotel is a little bit on the older side, but doesn’t matter to us as long as it’s clean

When we visit Glenview, this hotel is always our first choice. Not only for the location but the staff and rooms are great. Rooms are very spacious and it is a large, quiet hotel, a lot of parking that is free! Beyond the rooms is the staff. Particularly, Cadela who helped arrange our family to all have rooms together while in town for my sisters baby shower. To have the ability to spend as much time together while we are in town was such a priceless gift. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and we were pleased. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Great service throughout the building from using the shuttle each morning to Brooke and Cora’s attention to detail and support at the front desk all week. They helped make my stay great!

The property is clean and the amenities are not that outdated.So I liked it

It was a good clean hotel for our stay. The building no doubt is a bit outdated but they have maintained it well. The king room was spacious for two folks. The only down side: A VERY SMALL/NARROW bathroom.

Great grandma had her 90th birthday here. Stayed for the night, great staff especially cora.

The shower in the room doesn’t work.. like at all.. no water.. no nothing..i learned the next day that many other rooms had the same issue. The front desk lady did not offer any explanation or compensation.. Absolutely horrendous experience
