Pool was cold. Food was not worth the price. Friends kid said lots of hair in the pool. Looked beautiful though and had a great room locafion

Wonderful experience. All the staff and employees were very accommodating. Very enjoyable visit. I would definitely stay at this hotel.

I loveee check in u just get there they give u the room key and thats it. Is sooo quiet amazing for relaxing super clean if u need anything they will provide it super fast and quietly. Like ninjas hehe

I was sad the pool wasn’t open but this is about it .

The location is close to where our relatives live. We were visiting family over Easter weekend.

The refrigerator did not get cold because ice had collected inside.Luckily my husband fixed it by shutting it off, pulling it away from the wall. The ice melted all over the floor and rug. What a mess! The room was smaller than I expected for a king size bed. The curtains were not blackout. The heater was noisy. Did not expect to pay for breakfast, which was charged high for what was offered. Will NOT come back!!

I’m giving this hotel 2 stars because my experience this time was really disappointing. The shower door in our room was stuck, which made it frustrating just to use the bathroom. On top of that, when I tried to turn on cold water, it only came out hot—definitely not what you want when you’re trying to cool off or even just wash your hands comfortably. What made things worse is that I’ve stayed here multiple times before when visiting family, and breakfast was always included for free. This time, though, we were charged $56 for breakfast for a family of four. That’s honestly ridiculous—we could’ve gone to IHOP and paid around $24 total for a better meal. Overall, the service feels like it’s gone downhill. It really seems like they care more about getting your money than making sure guests have a good experience. I used to like staying here, but after this visit, I’m not so sure I’ll be coming back.
