Holiday Inn Scranton East - Dunmore by IHG

The rooms were larger with a large bathroom area. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of plug-ins. Plenty of parking.

The first thing was the horrible smell of mold in the room. The carpet was soiled and dirty. The walls had gunk all over them. The pool was outside of our room, which was extremely loud and noisy. A lot of empty space throughout the hotel which echoed all the noise from the pool and people walking in the hall. It was extremely noisy and the people next to us played loud music until after midnight. The breakfast was awful in the service at breakfast was terrible.

Always a good bet. Comfy. Great staff.

If you want a microwave in room request it up front.

The location was very convenient. A bonus feature was the nice walking trail nearby!

Location close to our events. Spacious hotel. Holly in maid service was very pleasant and a good representative for the company. Pillows were great, I’m usually unhappy with hotel pillows. My friend thought her bed was very comfy.

Check in when we arrived had a longer wait than we expected or could accommodate, so we changed into our memorial visitation clothes in the lobby bathroom, not ideal. But situations arise and we rolled with it. We checked in when we got back.

Хороший отель,со своей парковой. Брали на одну ночь по пути на водопады. Находится за городом,но у трассы,что нас устраивало. Можно поужинать и позавтракать за плату прямо в отеле,что удобно. Хороший номер.
