"Great Burger!!"

Had the wonderful St. Louis Arch burger at the Underground Burger Bar in Double Tree. Chef Jose has been with them 37 years. Bravo!!!

"Not for the frequent traveller."

If you are a frequent traveller, such as 15-20 nights a month on the road, this is not the hotel for you. I'm not sure what it was before it became a doubletree, but it's clearly not to Doubletree standards. You walk in to a very tiny lobby area. The rooms are small and do not have refrigerators. The restaurant was okay, prices were reasonable, but I had to send my food back twice. I would not choose to stay here again.

"Flawless stay"

Excellent stay! Close to airport and car rentals. Welcoming atmosphere Staff seem keen to impress. Had a Salman Ceasar for supper in the in-house restaurant- was delicious and way more than I could eat. Will return, the next time in St. Louis.

My stay was great. I especially liked the hospitality from the front desk. I was greeted with smiles and warmth. Milley asked how I was doing and checked me in without issues. All of my questions were answered and I concern were met with smiles and empathy. I would recommend this Doubletree hotel because the staff s very friendly and nice.
