Got of flight, headed for hotel and was tire and hungry. Went to underground burger bar. Pihu came to the rescue. She was nice and courteous. Very nice staff. Thank you

This was a very pleasant stay. The hotel shuttle was quick from the airport, Manu and Miley at the front desk were cheerful and efficient. I was surprised by the portions and price at the restaurant. The bartender was attentive and Jose, the chef, came by nightly to check on the food. All in all. Great job to the team.

This was our first time staying at this hotel before we flew internationally and we've flown out of STL for the past 14 years. Check in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I had already planned to book them again before we left for next years trip. Oh, and they offer warm soft cookies at check in. That was a bonus. Unfortunately, the next morning our flight was cancelled and rescheduled to the next day. We called the transport at 7:30am, the same driver picked us up and the hotel immediately put us back in a room...and gave us cookies again! The shuttle to the airport runs every 40 minutes around the clock. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes to the airport. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

The hotel is clean and modern. The restaurant, Underground Burger Bar, was excellent. Reasonably priced and Chef Jose did a great job cooking the food. The help here is friendly and eager to please. I would definitely come back here again.

Great location near the airport, aside the car rental facility. This is Double Tree has an underground restaurant and bar!! The Burger Bar has a full menu, wonderful staff, tasty food and perfect when going out just isn’t an option.

Staff is friendly at front desk & at Underground Burger Bar. Head chef comes out to greet guests & he personally cooked my burger perfectly as requested. Although the burger was two thin patties they were cooked perfectly to medium rare! Bartender, Vicky, was very pleasant! Hotel room was clean & nice, as was the restaurant.

The restaurant was great and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Jose, the chef, was fabulous and came out to greet the customers. It’s in the basement of the hotel but it is truly a hidden gem.
