Wilkes-Barre Inn & Suites

First room (288) reeked of cigarettes and bathroom was dirty. Bath towels weren't folded and were damp to touch. Went to desk and was given another room (282). This room didn't smell from smoke but hair was in bathtub and on shower walls. Toilet seat was falling off of toilet bowl. Photo gallery of motel was not at all what actually is there.

Absolutely horrible-deplorable conditions! Blood secretion on the bedding! Large whole in bathroom wall…. Broken plaster in shower… hair and used soap.. smelled like cigarettes- non smoking room .. no working smoke/fire alarm… management‘unavailable’ to discuss my concerns.. had to leave the premises.. unsafe and unsanitary. I will love a refund

Bathroom was not clean. There was soap from a previous stay and shampoo left in the shower. It was certain type of hair on the floor in the rest of the bathroom as well and to top it off there was a small cherry tomato in the sink drain that Seem to clog the sink. To front desk about it they said they were sent. I went to clean it before I returned there after work and nothing was done. I said the same thing the next morning before I left for work when I returned again later on that evening again nothing was done or clean

We enjoyed our room it was clean comfortable and the breakfast was phenomenal We would stay there again if we ever get north thank you

Location and access.

The coffee maker was not clean. Need a small closet or table stand for luggage.
