"Not terrible but wish certain things were communicated upon arrival."

Right next to the pool.

No room service for the entire 6 day stay, were supposed to ask for a turn down, most tv channels did not work. No breakfast offered except coffee. Had to request clean towels, trash never taken from room, only had a few towels for the pool and only replenished at night.

"Misleading online profile"

Clean room and reasonable price. Online the say they have breakfast - they do not!!! Online the say they have a sauna and Jacuzzi - they do not!! A lot of misinformation!!
