Area around the pool was pretty cold could have been warmer.

The lady at the front desk was nice

I woke up Saturday morning feeling like I needed to blow my nose. When I did, I noticed that there was a black substance on the tissue. I'm standing at the bathroom sink and notice the same black substance in the sink. I took pictures of it and it was also on my phone screen. I stayed out of the room all day Saturday and basically just went there to sleep that night. I accidentally brushed a mirror that was on the wall, with my bag as I walked past it and it fell. Only a little piece of the mirror on the bottom right, broke but I know they're probably going to charge me for that. The hotel is also extremely outdated.

There was no Breakfast. Just coffee in the morning. shower curtain was stained. no ice bucket or cups in the bathroom. lamps were dusty. And the main curtain was missing so you could not close them shut all the way. bed side table stand drew was broke.

That the web page said breakfast and there was none. And how loud the pool area was it would echo all thru the area that had open areas to sit out on.

There was a balcony over looking the pool.

The website said free breakfast it advertised a restaurant and bar and sauna there were no alarm clocks no phones no coffee makers and no microwaves in the rooms. It was the worst stay there I have ever had and we go there for a fall get away every year

Bed was comfy, room was clean.

No HOT WATER in the shower, it was lukewarm, lighting in bathroom SUCKED!! No shelves in shower to put soap or anything on or in the bathroom itself. Walk-in shower needs a better way to keep the water from running out onto the bathroom floor. Coffee pot in room did not work and coffee in lobby was the worse I had ever tasted! No free breakfast anything. No channel guide in room. No bible in room. Only 1 lamp instead of 2 beside bed. No security to get in and out of hotel. Bar/Restaurant was not open. Pool area is extremely SMALL.

Property was okay, but AC was very noisy, can't sleep. As per itinerary, showing free breakfast but front desk Rep told, they are not serving free breakfast. No partial refund. Spent in other restaurant for breakfast.

The reservation included breakfast, however there wasn't any.

Nice place for the price. Bar was great and so was the food!

Breakfast was advertised but not provided. Requested discount for no breakfast which was denied by the hotel receptionist.
