Everything! The staff was so helpful, I got there after a very early flight and was waiting for a room, and they extended breakfast just for me. They were so accommodating and helpful, best stay ever.

The staff went out of their way to make my experience as pleasant as possible.

I didn't like the fact that when I arrived they had not received any confirmation from Booking. Com. There were two other guests before me that had the same issue with Booking. Com. The staff were gracious enough to make it happen regardless.
