"Great customer service"

They know their audience. We were met with friendly valet and a warm cookie! We were in town for weekend long volleyball tournament. The hotel made accommodations for everyone who checked out Sunday to tag and leave their luggage in a conference room at the hotel until we were finished with our tournament Sunday evening!! Phenomenal thinking on their part and a huge stress relief on ours!

The only downside is not being connected to the Skywalk.

It was clean and close to the venue I was attending.

The increased cost to stay that weekend due to the anime convention. I understood it, just didn’t like the cost increase!

Wonderful stay! Great location, friendly staff, & clean! Nice breakfast buffet at the Avenue Bar & Grill & friendly waitstaff there. Good job, Doubletree! We will stay again when we're in the area!

"Amazing and helpful staff"

The staff is amazing at this hotel!

I didn't like that there was no free coffee and wifi. Also, the restaurant was brightly lit and not inviting.

Super friendly staff made my 3 night stay extremely enjoyable. Every employee I encountered went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure my stay was memorable. I travel frequently and have never been this impressed with a hotel staff and experienced. From my check in process with Meri, to the manager Daniel following up periodically to offer assistance, to the wait staff at the Avenue Bar & Grill - everyone deserves kudos and a 5-star review. If you are ever staying in Milwaukee, I highly recommend this hotel, which is centrally located within a short walk of everything downtown.
