Location was good, room was clean. Staff was friendly and the shuttle to downtown was a nice touch to have. Restaurant has an amazing view and so did the room.

Room needed obvious repairs. Tub didn't drain properly, water pressure was extremely low, window curtain rail needed to replaced and made it hard to open and close the curtains. Balcony is also apparently just for show now because the sliding doors are bolted shut.

Personnel serviable, dont un parlant un peu français. Navette utile pour le centre de Charleston, mais nombre de places insuffisant.

L'isolation phonique - sur la highway-est de mauvaise qualité. Chambre très bruyante.
