"The place needed severe cleaning the desk clerk said he could not get good housekeepers"

The beds were comfortable

Was very dirty the floors were not swept or mopped. The mirrors were dirty. The windows were filthy. The tub needed, scrubbing.

"Felt like we stayed in a crackhead motel"

Room & bathroom was dirty. Found two roaches in the room. Was to include breakfast, no breakfast was available. Billed credit card twice for the room.
