Beach House Resort Hilton Head Island

We had problems with our hot water but Ivy quickly solved the problem by upgrading us to a newly remodeled room with no extra charge.

Armani was very helpful throughout our whole trip. She went out of her way to help us get a ride across the island. The hotel itself was comfortable and had a great atmosphere at the tiki hut. Very convenient beach access!

Everyone at the hotel was warm and friendly. The pool and bar area were clean and welcoming. The hotel location was perfect.

Would not recommend this hotel unless you have a ton of money in your account because they charged me three times the amount in the first two days I was there for my stay for the whole seven days drained my account. I realized it when I was out to dinner there had to call my bank to get it straight. Luckily, I had savings to cover my butt so people pay attention if you stay there to your bank account or just use a credit card and pray your credit card company gives you the back And as far as the night management, they were not good at all.

Location. Food at the restaurant. Poolside service was excellent. Pool was excellent.

The windows in the room did not open. Otherwise, it was excellent.

Loved the friendly staff Patricia from housekeeping was super attentive! She welcomed us with a smile every time ! The location was fantastic! Larry the pool attendant made us feel right at home . Great place to stay Everything you need in one spot and right at the beach fantastic music , restaurants, pool , tiki hut ! Thank you for having us we will be returning

This is my third stay at Beach House. The pool/amenities, hotel location and oceanfront accomodations are what brought me back. The hotel and rooms are started to look a little tired and in need of updates. Overall we had a nice stay. The restaurant/food is still delicious and I highly recommend!

Location is awesome.

Floors felt dirty. Room felt dirty and outdated.
