From check-in to check out, this was the best hotel experience I've ever had. Was it overly fancy? No. It was overly comfortable and friendly, though! The beach restaurants, the pool, the friendly staff, the rooms, I would recommend to anyone! The beyond part is why I wish I could give them 6 stars. After my stay, I emailed to see if they could find an item my girlfriend left behind. After looking for a while, they found it and shipped it to me. I'm hooked. Everyone was so friendly. I don't have kids but super kid friendly

The location to the beach and restaurants

Our phone didn't in the room didn't work. None of the ice machines, except for the one in the library had ice. We had no hot water to shower the entire stay.

Beach House has a lot going for it, starting with its fantastic location right on the beach. The pool area is great, and having both The Porch (a decent on‑resort restaurant) and the Tiki Hut (a lively beachfront bar) on the property is a definite convenience. The sand volleyball courts and direct beach access add to the overall appeal and make the resort feel like a fun, activity‑friendly place to stay. The rooms themselves were pretty good, though the décor and especially the bathrooms felt a bit dated. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, which made for restful nights. Where the experience took a downturn was with the reservation process. We were told there was no availability for a second room for one of our nights, even though the hotel's own website showed rooms available. The front desk staff openly explained that the website will intentionally oversell the hotel, and that guests affected by this are redirected to another property. That practice was a major turn‑off and ultimately forced us to book one of our nights at a different hotel--an inconvenience that shouldn't happen at a resort of this size and price point. Having worked in vacation destination hospitality in the past at a location that also intentionally oversold, I can understand the business drive of the practice but still cannot champion it. To their credit, the staff across the resort were friendly and pleasant, from the front desk to the bar and restaurant teams. But the oversell issue overshadowed what could have been a much smoother stay. Overall, Beach House has a great setting and solid amenities, but the reservation practices and dated rooms keep it at three stars for me.

Great location right on the beach. The view from the room on the east end of the hotel are amazing, however they are right near the Tiki Hut which can be very loud. We kept our door closed until 10 PM most nights when the music stopped, but after that could enjoy the fresh air. The Porch is convenient if you're at the hotel -- good food, adequate service -- but would suggest checking out some of the options nearby if you have time.

Rooms and hallways are outdated but the pool area is very nice and the location is great. I would not stay here again because of the rooms. We had 2 rooms and we were not satisfied with the condition of either room.
