Beach House Resort Hilton Head Island

The location is wonderful…love that it’s right in the beach and that restaurants and shopping are an easy walk. On-site restaurants are convenient, food is good, and reasonably priced. Pool area is very nice with plenty of lounge chairs.

Bathrooms need exhaust fans and microwaves would be a nice touch.

We met my sister here for our baby moon trip , our room was SOOOOO DIRTY. To the point I had to go buy some wipes to wipe some things down . It also just reaked of dog pee . I get it’s an animal friendly hotel but someone’s dog was not potty trained obv . She casually mentioned the same thing . I took some photos . Over all the point of the trip was to see family so it’s ok. Had my husband and I been alone we would have went to a different hotel . No point in complaining bc they’re aware of the state of their rooms or they wouldn’t be that way.

We enjoy everything the hotel had to offer. From the room to the pool to the great access to the Tiki Hut and beach. Will be back.

Front desk employee wasn't at all welcoming when we arrived for checkin, seemed like she was bothered that i had questions.

The Beachouse is a great location for your stay at HHI. The ammenties and proximity to the beach is unmatched. The "Porch" food is exceptional, they have a tiki hut with food. The pool area is well maintained, live daily bands, fire pit areas, volleyball areas. Sweet Al's Coffee on location. Walking distance to Coligny Square. The Frozen Moo is a must, 92 ice cream flavors!

The resort of centrally located on the island and offers 3 restaurants for plenty of food options on site.

The room felt very dirty, and it was difficult to get cleaning service. The property requires that you specifically request each service you would like performed. For example, I requested new towels, trash taken out, and room tidied - but forgot to specifically request that the beds get made. So the beds did not get made. It was disappointing.

Beach House Resort was a great place to stay on the beach in Hilton Head Island. Clean, great location, and comfortable bed. Also walking distance to shops & restaurants.

Location cannot be beat!

The staff was nice, that’s about it.

The rooms were outdated and dirty. Everything felt dirty and overpriced. Not very thrilled with any of the hotels extras. Everything was overcrowded and felt dirty and old.
