This was my first time at this resort, and it was an excellent experience . Kiki and Tanecia gave excellent service. Kiki heated all our food in the microwave and she was absolutely wonderful. They get 5 stars, and the reason we return.

The location, friendly staff a few of the onsite restaurants.

The renovations in the rooms were underwhelming, seemed like a rushed job. Definitely not worth the price. It was extremely humid throughout the hallways, elevators etc. The rooms could’ve been way cleaner and updated.

Pool staff was great especially Riley, Mia and Mckenzie! Easy check-in and check-out. Coligny Plaza was close and very good.

Problems with the frozen fridge, fixed. Magnetic bands a major problem, 50/50 chance of them working. Mor much table space in room. Room and decor were very dated. Close to the sand by the Tiki Bar was a long walk on the hot sand to the ocean front, misleading information. The toilet flush could wake-up the hallway let alone us in the room. The bathroom exhaust did not work properly if it was a bathroom exhaust. We left a day early, only wish we could get a refund for that day!!
