Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown

Our trip to Nashville was absolutely unforgettable, and a big part of that was our stay at the beautiful Sheraton Grand Hotel in Downtown. The location couldn’t have been better—we were within easy walking distance of Broadway and all the Honky Tonks, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Ryman Auditorium, and Printers Alley, making it incredibly convenient to explore so many of the city’s iconic spots. The hotel itself was fantastic, with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. However, the true highlight of our stay—and something we don’t typically do—was spending time at the hotel bar. We had the pleasure of meeting two incredible bartenders, Shayla and Kerri H., who completely elevated our experience. From the moment we sat down, they were attentive, engaging, and genuinely warm. They crafted delicious, personalized cocktails tailored just for us and made every visit feel special. Beyond their skills behind the bar, they were wonderful conversationalists—kind, vibrant, and full of energy. We found ourselves looking forward to returning to the hotel each evening, not just for drinks, but to chat with them, share stories about our day, and soak in their positive energy. Shayla and Kerri also went above and beyond by offering great tips for making the most of our time in Nashville, both within the hotel and around the city. Their recommendations truly enhanced our trip. They are a huge asset to the hotel and absolutely deserve special recognition. Thanks to them, we left with not only a great impression of the Sheraton Grand, but also a fond memory of our first time truly enjoying a hotel bar experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Centrally located, beautifully appointed

Everything was great!

I love Bonvoy! We recently went on a girls trip and we checked into the hotel. Tennisha helped us and she was so fantastic! It was almost as though she was an ambassador for Bonvoy. She figured out how we could getrooms next to each other and she was so joyful and kicked off our entire weekend! She makes me so glad that I’m a Bonvoy member. !!!

Location was great it was 3 city blocks from Broadway and 4 from our Nashville tour.

No where on Booking.com did it say that parking was a separate cost. For 1 night stay we were charged $60.36 for enter and exit parking. It was 8 decks and finally found 1 of 2 open spaces on the 8th deck. I then paid extra on booking.com for the "exceptional breakfast" and the hotel employees had no idea what I was asking they did however give me a voucher to eat breakfast in one of their restaurants.

Seven of us stopped in for breakfast. Well, what a great decision. The food was fresh and plentiful The service from Laura and Krista was second to none. They made such a fuss of us, couldn’t do enough for us, so friendly and courteous. They even presented cakes and sang birthday wishes to one of our group whose birthday we were celebrating.

Parking cost way too expensive for 1 night. Guest should get free parking!

The hotel was clean

No amenities such as coffee bar ect. The hotel charged our card an extra $27.44 destination fee that we weren’t informed of. They just took the money with no warning.
