"Secure parking"

Very nice hotel. Favorite part was secure parking. At 77 years old we really needed help with our luggage but no one was available. The room was lovely. My only improvement would be add hooks in the bathroom. I stay in Courtyards a lot and I am getting tired of the Bistro. They need to do something different.

"After a rough travel day, the Courtyard Knoxville Downtown came through!"

We were disappointed our flights were canceled and exhausted from an entire day of of being teased by the airline that we might still make it out and back home. We were disappointed to took us another hour and few car rental counters to land a one-way rental to make a new flight from a new city to get us home. In other words, when we landed in the Courtyard's lobby at 9pm, our family of four had had a rough travel day. From the minute we engaged with the front desk team to a quick dinner in the Bistro and on to our spotless room, the Courtyard came through for us in a big way. The Guest Services Manager read the room, quickly getting us checked in, offering to help with the luggage, and letting us know the hours of the Bistro, in case we didn't get dinner at the airport. We hadn't. Kids and parents were tired and hungry. The team at the Bistro continued the great service, efficiently taking care of us and making great recommendations for the kids. Our room was spotless and quiet; we all slept hard that night. Big shout out to the entire team at the Courtyard Knoxville Downtown for their compassionate hospitality and taking great care of us. Thank you!

"Had better experiences there the previous two stays. This last one was a bit dissapointing."

Location and amenities

Food in the Bistro was not good. Things ordered were not as described in the menu. Shower did not properly work. Room was never cleaned or refreshed, even when requested at the front desk.

"Stayed one night for a sporting event at UT. Certainly fit our needs. Would consider staying again."

Location was near the UT campus. Easy access in and out. Room was nice and modern and the TV was nice and big. Also fastest elevators I’ve ever been in.
