Wonderful location. We walked to Market Square easily! The Staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't realize that the Residence was in the same building as this one, but that is really not an issue. Parking was easy; it is paid parking, but it is worth it. We will most definitely stay here if the need to stay downtown arises again!

Great Sunday night stay. Quiet with many walkable options, including the Bijou and TN theaters. Lots of restaurants, World's Fair site all interesting. Note $25 underground parking on site.
