Location lovely, food very good

Property is very tired needs serious revamp of rooms, outside areas and bar, dining area

Breakfast was as to be expected and the location Is stunning

Accommodation is below standard, very out of dated bathroom and the bath doesn’t drain. Shower head leaked and was too low for a an adult above 5’10”

The location on the river

The property was in terrible condition needing maintenance,redecoration and cleaning Our room had stained carpets and needed cleaning There was mould in the bathroom and paintwork was peeling both in the bathroom and the bedroom There was minimal clothes storage and no interior design - no paintings etc - extremely basic Breakfast was the worst ever offered to us - no muesli - minimal fruit - no yoghurt etc Staff at breakfast was extremely rude to us as she had been the evening before - not at all sure why When I made a request for breakfast it wasn’t possible and so we left with no breakfast even though it had been prepaid

Location was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable

Continental Breakfast was very disappointing in terms of choice and quantity.

A lovely property and location but very tired decor. Would benefit from some renovations and facility updates.

Evening Meal Very Good

Breakfast time @ 7.30am is too late for me when I need to be away and off to work, and then wait for kettle to boil ,more like 7.45am before cooked breakfast is served.

SERVICE EXCELLENT ARRIVED LATE BUT THEY CHECKED ME IN AND PROVIDED DRINK IN ROOM FOR ME
