The property was located in a bad neighborhood. It advertised a hot tub but did not have one. The inside looked like an an old hospital with mismatched carpet. The adjoining room door lock was not able to be locked from both sides leaving me feeling very unsafe. I left without asking for a refund because my safety was more important.

We did not like anything about this hotel. We checked in. Walked throught dirty hallways to a dirty and smelly room. We left and fortunately the refunded our money. Thank you for that.

"Pretty nasty "

Pictures online are definitely misleading. Room was pretty grungy. We had a plethora of dead bugs in the bathroom all over the counter. Toilet hardly flushed. The patio area to the outdoor pool which is filled in was unkempt and there was trash all over the place on top of it not being mowed. Room keys quit working after the 1st day and had to get new ones which wasnt convenient at the time. Definitely a roach motel type vibe but its a place to crash after a concert i guess!

Nothing about this hotel looks like the pictures in the profile. Black mold all over the bathroom ceiling, hair dryer didn’t work, one bath towel was provided for 4 people, and there was no phone in the room to call front desk for help. The entire building wreaks of cigarette smoke. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere closer to the east side of 28th street.

The hotel room bathroom was terrible the smell of the room was terrible tv only had 4 channels, they switched us rooms and it was no better I would never go there again.

Location was nice. Pool was murky and dirty, hallways smelled of cigarettes and pot. Bathroom in our room needed some serious updating. Overall the lobby was tidy and the staff was very nice. But the room just had a vibe of not very clean.
