Los alrededores sucios, habían personas extrañas merodeando, se sentía olor a alcohol por los pasillos y a mariguana, en una silla había alguien drogado, muy mal ambiente, inseguro. Nos fuimos después de ver esto a pesar de que perderíamos el dinero de la reserva y el recepcionista no quiso hacernos el checkout esto fue el 5 de mayo 2026. Ahora vemos que los 100 de depósito los cobro en lugar de solo retenerlo y hoy a la fecha 8 de mayo de 2026 no nos han devuelto el dinero. Se ve muy bonito en la foto pero es obvio que son muy viejas. Ah y vimos un letrero de que la piscina está cerrada 😵‍💫. Si aprecian su vida y sus familia nunca se hospeden aquí.

Rooms were decent and staff were kind.

We had to sign an acknowledgment prior that had weird situations like if the tv goes missing, if the cops get called to your room, if theres urine on the floor, etc you will be charged. Made me think these poor employees have seen it all. Bad area of town with sketchy customers. They do weekly room rentals here. Periodically would hear the sketchy customers being loud walking by our room or see them scurrying outside of our room.

Staff was great.

Pool was dirty/ closed . Lots of construction going on.
