Een vreselijk chagrijnige vrouw bij de receptie. Geen aandacht voor haar gasten en kortaf in haar reacties. Haar aandacht moest gevraagd worden omdat zij verdiept was in? Een keer kan gebeuren maar drie keer is een patroon. Ook na een nacht slapen was haar humeur niet verbeterd.
