Gardentree Hotels Memphis East near I 40

I felt genuinely welcomed here. The staff was kind, check-in was easy even late at night, and the room felt cozy after a long day of exploring Memphis. It’s nice staying somewhere that treats guests with warmth and respect.

Stayed here while visiting Memphis for a couple of days and honestly, it worked out great. Nothing overly fancy, but the room was clean, bed was comfy, and the location near I-40 made getting around super easy. For the price, it really delivered.

The property was disgusting. The elevator didn’t work. I never stayed there and now they’re charging me another $200 for not staying there so they’ve charged me $200 to not stay there the first time another charging me another $200 not to stay there when I never even booked with them again when it was only supposed to be two dollars from the beginning Sink didn’t work. No fridge in the room even though it said it was supposed to have a refrigerator.

Pictures have to from many years ago, when the facility was in better condition. The elevator was not working, so we was forced to walk up four flights of graffitied stairs, which must’ve haven’t been swept in years, fit to the fourth floor, where we walked to the room, walked in, and the win

A relaxing stay with smooth processes. Staff was cooperative throughout.

no linens, used rubbers on the floor trash every where a/c didn't work. total trash.
